The questions administrators and operators actually ask about Title22 — what it replaces, what it maps to, and the one thing its AI will never do.
Does Title22 replace our paper binders completely?
Day to day, yes — Title22 moves the records you work from every shift into one digital record. Every entry is automatically timestamped and permanently attributed to the caregiver who logged it, so there is nothing to reconstruct before a DSS visit. What it does not do is take over your licensing obligations: Title22 supplements, and does not replace, your facility's record-keeping duties, as our Terms say. The licensee remains responsible for retaining the records the license requires, and you should keep your own copies of any document you are required to hold. Which CDSS licensing forms are mapped inside the software?
The core modules map to the documents an analyst checks during a visit: LIC 622 (personnel records / staff files), LIC 624 (incident reports, without PHI), and the 40-hour training requirement, with expiring certifications flagged before they lapse. Resident-side forms — LIC 601, LIC 602A and the MAR — are not in Title22 Lite, which holds no resident health information.
Is there a MAR in Title22?
No. Title22 Lite stores no medication administration record, no medication records and no resident records. Keeping resident health information out is what lets Title22 run without a business associate agreement, and it is why the price is $29 a month. Facilities keep using whatever they use today for medication administration.
Does the AI make clinical decisions or adjust medication doses?
No — this is a hard line. Title22's AI never suggests, corrects, or comments on clinical dosage information. Medication decisions belong to physicians and pharmacists. The AI is limited to documentation completeness and compliance guidelines — flagging a missing signature or an open PRN follow-up, never anything clinical.
We operate multiple board-and-care facilities. Can we track them all together?
Yes. Administrators switch between facility locations from a single dashboard account, while every staff log, document, and license stays separated and secure per facility license number — so when DSS asks for one specific home's records, that's all they see.
Can regular caregivers see sensitive administrative or financial records?
No. Title22 uses role-based access levels — administrator, supervisor, caregiver, and read-only. Caregivers see only the tasks and incident logs required for their active shift; the rest of your facility operations stay protected and accountable, with every action attributed to a person.
What is the "Daily Briefing" feature?
An automated morning summary written in plain language. It highlights what requires administrative attention that day — missing staff compliance documentation, open PRN follow-ups, and potential gaps an auditor would flag — so you can fix them before an inspection, not during one.
