New RCFE & ARF owners · California Title 22 · Fresno, CA
Your first inspection, without guessing.
Nobody hands a new administrator the list. Title22 does: every Title 22 requirement your facility has to meet, already loaded, with your own dates against it — staff certifications, the 40-hour training, clearances, incident reports. You stop wondering what DSS will ask for and start seeing what is missing.

Everything DSS looks at, in one place
Each module maps to something a licensing analyst actually checks — not a generic feature list.
Staff files, certifications and the 40-hour training
One record per person: hire date, role, TB clearance, LiveScan, CPR and First Aid expiry, mandated reporter training, and the 40-hour requirement tracked to completion. Expiring items surface before an analyst finds them. These are employment records, not medical ones.
Role-based caregiver access
Administrator, supervisor, caregiver, and read-only roles keep documentation accountable. Caregivers see what they need for their shift — nothing they shouldn't touch.
Multi-facility oversight
Operating more than one home? Switch between facilities from one account, with records and staff kept cleanly separated per license.
AI daily briefing
Start each morning with a plain-language summary of what needs attention today: documentation gaps, follow-ups, and items an auditor would flag.
A hard line we don't cross: Title22's AI never suggests, corrects, or comments on clinical dosage information. Medication decisions belong to physicians and pharmacists. Our AI is limited to documentation completeness and compliance — nothing clinical, ever.
Questions operators ask first
The four we hear most. Read the full FAQ →
Does Title22 replace our paper binders completely?
Day to day, yes — Title22 moves the records you work from every shift into one digital record, every entry timestamped and permanently attributed to the caregiver who logged it, with no shared logins. It does not take over your licensing obligations: Title22 supplements, and does not replace, your facility's record-keeping duties, so keep your own copies of the records your license requires you to retain.
Which CDSS licensing forms are mapped inside the software?
The modules map to the facility and staff documents an analyst checks during a visit: LIC 622 (personnel records / staff files), the 40-hour training requirement, certification and clearance expiry, and LIC 624 incident reports. Resident-side forms — LIC 601, LIC 602A, the MAR — are not in Title22 Lite, because it holds no resident health information.
Is there a MAR?
No. Title22 Lite stores no medication administration record, no medication records and no resident records. Keeping resident health information out is what lets it run without a business associate agreement, and it is why the price is $29. Facilities keep using whatever they use today for medication administration.
Does the AI make clinical decisions or adjust medication doses?
No — this is a hard line. Title22's AI never suggests, corrects, or comments on clinical dosage information. Medication decisions belong to physicians and pharmacists. The AI is limited to documentation completeness and compliance guidelines.
We operate multiple facilities. Can we track them all together?
Yes. Administrators switch between facility locations from a single dashboard account, while every staff log, document and license stays separated per facility license number.
Built from real facility operations
Guided by a certified California RCFE administrator. From real DSS visits, not guesses.
Built from real facility operations, with requirements guided by a certified California RCFE administrator and drawn from day-to-day work in licensed six-bed care homes — not adapted from generic healthcare software.
Requirements are drawn from Title 22, Division 6, Chapter 8 and mapped to LIC 622, LIC 624 and the staff training rules. Where a rule isn't grounded in the regulations or a practicing administrator's knowledge, it doesn't ship.
The AI never suggests, corrects, or comments on clinical dosage information — on any plan, including the free trial. Documentation completeness only.
