For RCFE students & trainees

Learn compliance on the real system.

Title22 Classroom is a practice environment. You get a facility with real compliance gaps to fix, the same screens administrators use every day, and everything you need to graduate inspection-ready.

What you'll practice with

A pre-loaded facility designed for learning. Everything is real except the people.

Your classroom facility includes:

  • 5 staff members with certification gaps (one CPR expiring in 20 days, one TB test overdue, one expired First Aid)
  • A caregiver working before their LiveScan cleared, with no mandated reporter training on file
  • Two people short of the 40-hour initial training — 16 hours and 8 hours in
  • Two incidents waiting for documentation, without PHI
  • A dashboard that opens "amber" — you have work to do from day one

Nothing you do here touches a real record. Every fix you make is practice. Once you've accepted your trainer's invite to their classroom facility, they can see the work you do in it — including your lesson attempts and scores.

How it works

1

Create an account at title22.app — no credit card. Sign up through your trainer's link and you get an extended trial, usually 90 days instead of the standard 14.

2

Join your class

Your trainer sends you a separate invite to their classroom facility. Accepting it is what puts you in the shared facility — the signup link only sets how long your trial runs.

3

Graduate & subscribe

When you take your first facility job, you subscribe to Title22 for real. Your practice pays off.

After graduation

You know Title22 already. When you're hired, you're ready on day one.

Questions?

Is this the same as the real Title22?

Almost. You see all the same screens, work with the same tools, and learn the same workflows. The only difference: your practice facility holds teaching scenarios rather than a real facility's records. Title22 holds no resident health information in any account, classroom or paying.

Can my trainer see what I'm doing?

Yes, once you've accepted their invite to the classroom facility. Your trainer owns that facility, so they can see the work you do in it, including your lesson attempts and scores. You see only your own attempts.

What happens when I graduate?

When you get a job at a facility, you'll subscribe to Title22 to use the real system there. You already know how it works because you practiced in the classroom.

Is there a cost?

Your student account is a free trial rather than a permanently free account. Signing up through your trainer's link usually gives you 90 days instead of the standard 14, and no credit card is needed to start. When you take a facility job, you subscribe to the plan you'll use there.
